VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
March 29, 1890
Council met at 7:30 p.m. at Recorders Office.
Present: D. R. Houlton, Wm. E. Cory, John Jameson, L.L. Baker
Mr. Cory President Pro Tem in chair.
Minutes of last meeting read and approved. On motion the Poll Tax was fixed at $3.00 or two days
work for the year 1890.
Adjourned.
