Council met at Recorders Office at 8:00 p.m.
Present: Wm. E. Cory, K.H. Burrell, L.L. Baker
The following bills were presented and allowed:

Wm Jameson Blacksmithing $ 2.75
Perry Clute – team work $13.50
T.J. Latta – team work $36.00
S.A. McNeal – team work $32.25
S.A. McNeal – Overseer $50.00
Wm. Giff – team work $ 4.50
Allen Foster – work on streets $11.25
S. W. Barrett – work on streets $ .75
Since the last regular meeting, Oliver Mansur was appointed Pound Master for the upper end of
town, with pound located on the farm of John Jameson.
