VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
October 4, 1890
Council met at Recorder’s Office
Present: D. R. Houlton, Wm. E. Cory, K.H. Burrell
The resignation of L.L. Baker as Village Recorder was presented and on motion accepted, and on
motion E.E. Bryant was appointed to fill the vacancy.
The bill of A.N. Dare for $1.25 for printing ferry tickets was presented and on motion allowed.
On motion, adjourned
