VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
November 1, 1890
Council met at Recorder’s Office for the purpose of making settlement with L.O. Hare for running
ferry.
On motion, the Recorder was authorized to draw on order payable to Mr. Hare for $100.00 to apply
on account, and the matter of settling was laid over until the next meeting.
