Background/Discussion
The proposed changes to the approved preliminary plat for Miske modifications to the
approved stormwater plans and lot configurations, in addition the four new lots being proposed.
The changes to the stormwater plans require additional engineering and studyprior to staff approval,
which may affect the lot sizes and dimensions identified in the plat. The parcels are already proposed to
shrink, and staff wants to ensure the Planning Commission unders
planson lot size and dimensionsprior to making a recommendation.
