February 2, 1891
Council met at C.S. Wheaton’s office. In the absence of the recorder E.E. Bryant, D.H. Shaw was
elected to act pro tem.
Bonds of J.P. Taylor and M.J. Costello was presented and approved.
Bills presented and allowed as follows:
Allen Foster, 7; A.N. Dare $3.30; S. Wally $5.00.
On motion N.K. Whittman and D.R. Houlton were appointed a committee to correspond with
surveyors in regard to establishing a road.
On motion adjourned.
