VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
July 13, 1891
Council met pursuant to adjournment at eight o’clock p.m.
Present: CS. Wheaton, N.K. Whittman, D.R. Houlton, E.E. Bryant
The following bills were presented and on motion, allowed:
Perry Clute, street work $ 29.43
Jos. Pherault, street work $ .75
D.R. Houlton, street grade $188.00
The Recorder was authorized to draw the latter bill in two orders of $175.12 and $12.88 each
respectively, the latter amount being for freight and to be made payable to M.J. Castella.
On motion, adjourned to July 18.
