VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
September 24, 1892
Council met in regular session.
Present: C.S. Wheaton, Houlton and Bryant
The following bills were presented and on motion allowed:
Wm. Shorry, work on bridge and sidewalks $24.75
Wm. Jameson, repairing (?) $ 7.50
On motion W.A. Thompson was appointed Overseer of Highways.
On motion, adjourned.
