VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
October 15, 1892
Council met in special session.
Present: C.S. Wheaton, D.R. Houlton, J.F. Lewis, N.K. Whittman and E.E. Bryant
On motion the following bills were allowed:
S.A. McNeal, work on grades in streets $30.00
D.R. Houlton, same $46.80
W.S. Booth, blocks $ 1.50
Motion made and seconded that the village employ council for the purpose of collecting poll tax
heretofor levied. Motion carried.
On motion, adjourned.
