VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING

Council met in regular session.
Present: D.R. Houlton, N.K. Whittman, and J.F. Lewis
On motion it was noted that a tax of 2 - 5/10 mills be levied for village revenue purposes for the
year 1892.
On motion, adjourned.
