VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
April 27, 1893
Council met at 8 p.m..
Present: D.R. Houlton, President; S.S. Trask; Fred Hildreth;
An application was presented by Varney (sp) & Co. for a license to operate a pool table for three
months. On motion granted.
On motion the Recorder was authorized to draw an order for the sum of $500, the same to be
expended by him on roads outside of the village under the direction of the Council.
On motion, adjourned.
