VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
November 4, 1893
Council met in special session.
Present: Houlton, Corry, Bryant,
The minutes of the meetings held April 27, Sept. 2, and Sept. 23, were approved.
On motion it was voted to raise a tax of three mills in each dollar of taxable valuation for the year
1893 for general revenue purposes.
The following bills were in motion allowed:
W.B. Eaton, Health Official $10.00
D.R. Houlton, work on bridge 28.50
