HIVEP. TO TEE VILUGE The Village Council of the Village of Elk River ordains as follows: Section 1. The following described real estate situated in the County of Shelburne and State of Minnesota presently owned in fee simple by the Village of Elk River (se -wage disposal plant site) and described a,, follows, Wait: That part of section 3, township 32 north, range 26 west, des- cribed as follows: Reginning at a point on the North line of said Section 3, HoOnt 1195.97 feet west of the northeast corner of said section 3; thence at right angles south 0 degrees 0? minutes 30 seconds east 240 feet; thence south 77 degrees 35 minutes crest,,409.47 feet; thnnee north 34, degrees 52 minutes went 398.2 feet, more or less to its intersection with the north line of said section 3; thence north 89 degrees 52 minutes 30 seconds east along the north line of said section 3 a distance of 62? feet to tine point of beginning; containing 3.51 acres, more or less, abutting the corporate limits of the Village of Elk River no sane are presently established_ L.s hereby annexed to and made a part of the Village of Elk River and the corporate limits of the Village of Elk River are hereby extended and enlarged so as to contain the aforedes- cribed prenises within them pursuant to the terms and provisions of Chapter 414.03, Sublivision 2, Minnesota Statutes Annotated.
