The Village Council of the Village of Elk River ordains as
follows:
Section 1. The following described real estate situated in the
County of Shelburne and State of Minnesota presently owned in fee simple
by the Village of Elk River (se -wage disposal plant site) and described a,,
follows, Wait:
That part of section 3, township 32 north, range 26 west, des-
cribed as follows:
Reginning at a point on the North line of said Section
3, HoOnt 1195.97 feet west of the northeast corner of
said section 3; thence at right angles south 0 degrees
0? minutes 30 seconds east 240 feet; thence south 77
degrees 35 minutes crest,,409.47 feet; thnnee north 34,
degrees 52 minutes went 398.2 feet, more or less to
its intersection with the north line of said section
3; thence north 89 degrees 52 minutes 30 seconds east
along the north line of said section 3 a distance of
62? feet to tine point of beginning;
containing 3.51 acres, more or less,
abutting the corporate limits of the Village of Elk River no sane are
presently established_ L.s hereby annexed to and made a part of the
Village of Elk River and the corporate limits of the Village of Elk
River are hereby extended and enlarged so as to contain the aforedes-
cribed prenises within them pursuant to the terms and provisions of
Chapter 414.03, Sublivision 2, Minnesota Statutes Annotated.
Section 2. The following described real estate situated in the
County of Sherburne and State of Minnesota presently awned in fee simple
by the Village of hak River (park and bathing beach site) and described
as follows, to -wit:
That Part of the i',!orthwest ',.uarter of the Southnast Warter;
(UAjoh SQ) of Section Thirty-tvTo (32), Township Thirty.three
(33), Range Twenty.six (26), described as follows: commencing
at the Northwest corner of the said Northwest Quarter of the
Southeast Uarter; thence East an the I!ast, and rarest 'ua.rter
Sectinn line of said Section Thirty-two (32) a distance of
sixteen (16) rods; thence South at right angles, ark parallel
with the North and South Quarter Section line of said Section
Thirty-two (32) to the center line of the pu-blio, h-ighway"now
established and located on said Northwest Quarter of thebouth-
east Quarter; thence, along the center line of
said public highway to t he: North a nd, '.3au Lh WUartcr Section

and County of Sherbuime therein for use as a public highway;

Village of TIk River and the corporate limits of the Village of Elk
