VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
February 15, 1894
Council met in Special Session.
Present: D.R. Houlton, President; F.W. Hildreth; J.F. Lewis; E.E. Bryant, Recorder.
The bond of E.E. Bryant, Recorder, was accepted, approved and ordered filed for record.
The application of V.B. Rubeck for liquor license was presented. The Council being satisfied that the
same was in due form and that notice of the same had been duly published according to law, in
motion the same was accepted.
On motion the bond of V.B. Rubeck was accepted, approved and ordered filed with the Recorder
for record.
The bill of A.N. Dare, $10.50, for legal printing, was in motion allowed.
