VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
June 27, 1894
Council met in Special Session.
Present: D.R. Houlton, President; J.F. Lewis; A. Davis; E.E. Bryant, Recorder.
On motion the Recorder was authorized to draw an order for $200 in favor of D.R. Houlton, the
same being for road work.
The bill of W.B. Eaton, $24.00, being returned from the Board of Health with a recommendation
that it be allowed, in motion the same was allowed.
On motion President Houlton was authorized to use his discretion in reference to training a marshal
