VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
May 29, 1895
The Common Council met in special session at Chas. S. Wheaton’s office.
Present: Chas S. Wheaton, President; J.F. Lewis, Trustee; Andrew Davis, Recorder.
The following resolution was presented and on motion adopted:
Resolved that the sum of $25.00 be appropriated to the town for the purpose of covering road
(known as Tourtillott road). Order payable to A.S. Merrifield.
On motion meeting adjourned.
