VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
October 5, 1895
Common Council met at Fred Hildreth’s meat market at 4:30 P.M.
Present: Chas S. Wheaton, President; Fred Hildreth, Trustee; Andrew Davis, Recorder.
The following bill was presented and on motion allowed and an order drawn for the amount:
Fred Stimson, road work, $94.00
The following resolution was presented and on motion adopted:
Resolved that the sum of Fifty and 00/100 Dollars be appropriated to the town of Elk River for
work done on Collin’s road.
No further business appearing, on motion meeting adjourned.
