November 4, 1896
Common Council met at Chas. S. Wheaton’s office at 2:30 o’clock P.M.
Present: Chas S. Wheaton, President; Fred Hildreth; Albert Bailey; Andrew Davis, Recorder.
Ordinance No. 38 was presented and read by the President and was on motion adopted by the
following vote, by roll call:
Ayes: Chas. S. Wheaton, Fred Hildreth, Albert Bailey and Andrew Davis.
Nays: None.
No further business appearing, meeting on motion adjourned.
