VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING

Village Council met at Clerk’s Office March 27, 1897.
Present: H.C. Hastings, Pres.; F.P. Brown and L. Pollard; W.F. Chadbourne, Rec.
Meeting called to order by President at 8 o’clock.
On motion, L. Pollard was authorized to look after the road work in Village for present year.
No further business, adjourned without date.
