VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING

The Village Council met at the Recorder’s Office on Saturday, October 16, 1897.
Present: H.C. Hastings, Pres.; F.P. Brown; L. Pollard; W.F. Chadbourne.
Meeting called to order at 8 o’clock by President.
The following bills were presented and on motion allowed:

L. Pollard, $1.75, order 541, street work
