VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
October 9, 1897
The Village Council met at Recorder’s Office on Saturday, October 9, 1897.
Present: H.C. Hastings, Pres.; L. Pollard; W.F. Chadbourne.
Meeting called to order by President at 7:30 p.m.
On motion it was unanimously voted to accept bid of S.S. Trask for putting in tubing at $118.00.
On motion W.F. Chadbourne was appointed to look after said job, provide contract for said Trask
to sign and also to see if job was done in a workmanlike manner according to specification.
Meeting adjourned.
