Hastings, Pres.; Frank P. Brown, C.T. Nickerson, Trustees; Chas. M. Babcock, Rec. The official bond of Chas. M. Babcock as Recorder was presented and accepted. The official bond of Andrew Davis as Village Treas. was presented and accepted. The official bond of E.H. Davis as Justice of Peace in and for Village of Elk River was presented and accepted. Mr. Pollard’s designation as one of the board of Common Council of Village of Elk River was accepted. No further business, adjourned to meet Jan. 29 at H.S. Hastings’ office. Chas. M.
