VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
March 26, 1898
Village Council met at courthouse at 8 o’clock.
Present: H.C. Hastings, Pres.; C.T. Nickerson; Chas. M. Babcock, Recorder.
The following bills were presented and on motion \[allowed\]*:
C.W. Hayden, repairing sidewalks, etc., $6.00
Recorder instructed to insert notice in paper in regard to riding bicycle on sidewalks.
No further business, adjourned.
