VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
April 4, 1898
Village Council met at courthouse at 8 o’clock.
Present: H.C. Hastings, Pres.; F.P. Brown, C.T. Nickerson, Trustees; C.M. Babcock, Rec.
On motion Mr. Brown was appointed to see Mr. Hare in regard to buying and running ferry.
No further business, adjourned.
