VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
September 20, 1898
Village Council met at courthouse at 8:30 o’clock P.M.
Present: H.C. Hastings, Pres.; C.T. Nickerson, F.P. Brown and H.D. Mills, Trustees;
Chas. M. Babcock, Rec.
On motion it was voted to levy a tax of ($1,000.00) one thousand dollars in the Village of Elk River
for the year 1898.
No further business, adjourned.
