VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
August 22, 1898
Village Council met at courthouse at 8 o’clock.
Present: H.C. Hastings, Pres.; F.P. Brown and C.T. Nickerson, Trustees;
Chas. M. Babcock, Recorder.
Ordinance No. 43 was presented and read by the President and was on motion adopted by the
following vote by roll call:
Ayes: F.P. Brown, C.T. Nickerson, Hastings and Babcock.
Nays: None.
The following bills were presented and on motion allowed:
J.H. Williams, levelling Oak St., $4.00
No further business, adjourned.
