The weather this spring has cooperated this year. This has allowed for recreational spring
programs and Youth Athletic Association to begin using athletic field facilities on time this
season.

Marketing Efforts
• Marketed the following programs and events
• Re-opening of downtown park celebration flyer
• Safety Camp flyer
• Entertainment in the Park concert series
• Riverfront Concert Series
• Summer programs
• Continue design work on new RecTrac website for customers
• Sent out a postcard to Meadowvale Heights Park neighbors regarding cleaning up
after dogs
• Sent out April eNewsletter to email mailing list
• Ordered Riverfront Concert Series magnet and passed out to our Sponsor The Bank
of Elk River and other businesses
• Created marketing and program materials for Farmers Market
