Action Requested
Approve, by motion, a temporary on-sale liquor license to the Davis Darrow Meyer American Legion
Post 112 for June 9 and 10, 2017, with the condition alcohol must be confined to an area enclosed by a
fence with a secured, controlled access and limited to the beer garden and grandstand areas. Age
verification is required and wrist band control is recommended.
Background/Discussion
The Davis Darrow Meyer American Legion Post 112 applied for a temporary on-sale liquor license for a
tractor pull scheduled Friday, June 9 and Saturday, June 10, 2017, at the Sherburne County Fairgrounds.
