Background/Discussion
The proposed changes to the approved preliminary plat for Miske Meadows include modifications to the
stormwater plans and lot configurations. These changes are the result of adding four new lots to the plat.
The changes to the stormwater plans require additional engineering and study prior to approval, which
may affect the lot sizes and dimensions identified in the plat. Multiple parcels are proposed to shrink and
staff needs to ensure the impacts of the modified stormwater plans do not further impact parcel sizes or
buildable areas.
