VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
August 14, 1899
Village Council met at Recorder’s office at 8:30.
Present: H.C. Hastings, President; H.D. Mills, Trustee; C.M. Babcock, Rec.
The following bills were presented and on motion allowed:
Cash paid out of special fund for work on ferry and
cash paid for freight and taking care of crazy person, $26.54
