Village Council met at Recorder’s office at 8:30 o’clock.
Present: H.C. Hastings, Pres.; H.D. Mills and C.J. Scoboria, Trustees; Chas. M. Babcock, Rec.
The following bills were presented and on motion allowed:
Perry Clute, work on streets, $3.00
Will Iliff, work on streets, $8.50
C.M. Babcock, work on streets, $22.89
Hebner Davis & Co., work on streets, $9.66
W.L. Babcock & Sons, work on streets, $34.25
On motion Ordinance No. 41 Establishing Fine Limits was annulled.
