July 31, 1900
Regular meeting of the Common Council at 8 P.M.
Present: Henry Castle, J.S. Guerney; R.E. Dare, Village Recorder.
On motion Mr. Castle was appointed Chairman \[in absence of Hastings\].
Communication from State Board \[of\] Health was laid upon the table upon recommendation of
H.O. Whitteman. Hastings and Romdeune have concurred.
