SUBJECT: HRA Owned Property - King and Main
Staff has received several requests for the use of the HRA owned property at the
corner of King Avenue and Main Street over the past several months. These
requests are for a variety of reasons including using the lot to serve as a display
area for the Art Soup Festival, and an area to park classic automobiles for several
car shows sponsored by Daddy O's Cafe.
These are the dates of proposed use of the lot:

- May 19
- June 16
- June 26 & 27
- July 21
- August 18

Staff is inclined to provide verbal approval to these requests unless I hear otherwise
from the Mayor/Councilor HRA.
