VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
January 30, 1902
Meeting called to order at 8 P.M.
Present: C.J. Scoboria, Pres.; Perry Clute and A.A. Opitz, Trustees; H.B. Nickerson, Village
Recorder.
Bill allowed and ordered drawn to Scoboria for money refunded to Henry Dewey, $10.00.
On motion Scoboria is authorized to construct or have constructed a bridge from ferry landing back
of Romdeune’s \[illegible\].
On motion Ordinance No. 47 is unanimously adopted, relating to fixing license fee at fifteen
hundred dollars ($1500), and ordered published.
On motion Mr. Opitz was instructed to order four gasoline street lamps, 12 gaso. burners, ½ doz.
feeders.
No further business appearing, adjourned on motion.
