January 10, 1902
Meeting called to order at 8 P.M.
Present: A.N. Dare, President; H.E. Castle, C.S. Wheaton, Trustees; J.H. Romdeune,
Recorder.
Following bills were allowed:
S.W. Barrett, drayage, $.75
W.L. Babcock & Sons, room rent, $11.65
Moved and seconded that $15.00 for Treasurer’s salary and $35.00 for Recorder’s salary be allowed.
All members voted “aye.”
Resolved that the Treasurer’s report for last year be accepted. All members voted “aye.”
