VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
June 28, 1902
Meeting called to order at 8:30 P.M. in Recorder’s office.
Present: C.J. Scoboria, Pres.; Perry Clute, J.E. McBride and A.A. Opitz, Trustees; H.B.
Nickerson, Village Recorder.
The matter of purchasing a Waterous gasoline fire engine was on motion laid on table until the
second Saturday in July.
The following bills \[were\] allowed and orders ordered drawn:
F.P. Brown, caring for tramps, $5.50
L. Pollard, street work, $43.50
J.E. McBride, $9.70
Perry Clute, $9.70
