VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
July 26, 1902
Regular meeting in Recorder’s office.
Present: C.J. Scoboria, Pres.; J.E. McBride and A.A. Opitz, Trustees; H.B. Nickerson, Village
Recorder.
The bill of L. Pollard for street work \[was\] allowed, $47.75.
On motion of Opitz, timber in center of Elk River Bridge was ordered removed.
On motion of Mr. Opitz, it was ordered to request the Elk River Tel. Co. to place telephones in
Dr. Scoboria’s office free of charge as per ordinance granting franchise.
The motion of \[illegible\] street laid over.
