VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
September 13, 1902
Council met in Recorder’s office. Called to order at 8:30.
Present: C.J. Scoboria, Pres.; Perry Clute and A.A. Opitz, Trustees; H.B. Nickerson, Village
Recorder.
On motion the following bills were allowed and orders drawn:
W.B. Eaton, lighting lamps, $15.00
James Clute, work on street, $.75
Ole Sundby, blacksmith work, $4.25
Frank P. Brown, caring for tramp, $1.50
B.N. Thompson, lumber, $1.20
Fred Bailey, labor, $2.25
Standard Oil Co., gaso., $7.00
Bill of N.K. Whittemore reconsidered and on motion laid over for two weeks for a full meeting of
board.
No further business, on motion adjourned.
