A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Approving a State of
Minnesota and Minnesota Department of Transportation Limited Use
Permit for a Non -Motorized Recreational Trail
WHEREAS, a recreational trail will be constructed along TH10 from Gary Street to
Simonet Drive; and
WHEREAS, for placement of a recreational trail in a state right-of-way, the city must
approve a Limited Use Permit for a non -motorized recreational trail from the State of
Minnesota and Minnesota Department of Transportation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk
River, Minnesota, as follows: Limited Use Permit 7102-0017 for the use and maintenance of
a non -motorized recreational trail within the right-of-way of TH10 is hereby approved and
the mayor and city clerk are authorized to execute said permit on behalf of the City of Elk
River.
