Wagner
Members Absent: Cormissioners Westgaard and Blesener
Staff Present: Economic Development Director Amanda Othoudt, and Economic
Development Specialist Colleen Eddy
I . Call Meeting to Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the special meeting of the Elk River
Economic Development Authority was called to order at 4:03 p.m. by President
Tveite.
2. Consider 04/27/2017 Agenda
Moved by President Tveite and approved by Commissioners.
3. General Business
3.1 Consider Consent to Plat for Yankee Doodle Enterprise
Ms. Othoudt presented her staff report.
Commissioner Ovall disclosed that he is an officer of the Bank of Elk River, but he
is not the direct contact with Yankee Doodle Enterprise.
Moved by Commissioner Ovall and seconded by Commissioner Olsen to
approve the consent to plat for Yankee Doodle Enterprise. Motion carried 5 -0.
Moved by Commissioner Ovall and seconded by Commissioner Provo to
approve Resolution #17 -03 documenting the consent to plat. Motion carried
5 -0.
4. Adjournment
There being no further business, President Tveite adjourned the special meeting of
the Elk River Economic Development Authority at 4:20 p.m.
