VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING January 10, 1903 Meeting of Council in Scoborio’s office. Present: C.Q. Scoborio, Pres.; Perry Clute, J.E. McBride and A.A. Opitz, Trustees; H.B. Nickerson, Village Recorder. The following bills \[were\] allowed: Standard Oil Co., gaso., $7.00 L. Pollard, street work, $2.50 F.P. Brown, care of tramps, $1.25 F.W. Hill, feeding firemen, $4.50 B.N. Thompson, lumber for bridge, $45.17 C.F. Robbins, putting in bridge, $20.00 On motion the Treas. was allowed $15.00 as salary and Recorder $35.00 for salary (all voting “aye”). Council resolved itself into a board of audit and proceeded to compare Treas. orders to stumps and cancel them as proved correct. \[No note re: adjournment.\] H.B. Nickerson Village Recorder
