VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
June 27, 1903
Meeting of Council in Recorder’s office at 8:30 P.M.
Present: C.J. Scoboria, Pres.; J.E. McBride and A.A. Opitz, Trustees; H.B. Nickerson, Village
Recorder.
The following bills \[were\] allowed:
A.A. Opitz, freight and drayage, $.81
Standard Oil Co., gaso., $7.68
Scoboria took it upon himself to appoint a committee of three to look into fire apparatus question
and to report upon same at next regular meeting. McBride (chairman), Opitz and Clute were
appointed.
