VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
September 26, 1903
Meeting called to order at 8:30.
Present: C.Q. Scoborio, Pres.; J.E. McBride and A.A. Opitz, Trustees; H.B. Nickerson,
Village Recorder.
The following bills \[were\] allowed and orders drawn:
R.D. Roatte, road work, $11.30
Bert Gilbrest, road work, $2.25
Henry Holt, road work, $1.00
Ole Sundby, blacksmithing, $4.25
Justus DeBooy, office rent, $6.00
L.W. Milbrath, \[illegible\] crossing $75.94

Resolved that the sum of seven hundred and fifty dollars be hereby levied against the assessed
valuation of the Village of Elk River tax of 1903 and that the President is hereby instructed to notify
the County Auditor. The above on motion adopted.
