VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
October 10, 1903
Meeting called to order at 8:30.
Present: C.Q. Scoborio, Pres.; J.E. McBride and A.A. Opitz, Trustees; H.B. Nickerson,
Village Recorder.
The following bills \[were\] allowed and orders drawn:
W.G. Merrifield, road work, $128.59
W.B. Eaton, lamp lighting, $20.00
W.E.L. Chogier, $13.30
B.N. Thompson, $23.80
On motion \[it\] was decided to give W.B. Eaton $20.00 per mo. for street lamp lighting instead of
$19.00 as heretofore.
Ayes: Scoborio, McBride, Opitz.
Nayes: Nickerson.
