VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
May 2, 1904
Village Council met at Romdeune’s Drug Store on May 2, 1904.
Present: A.H. Nickerson, Pres.; J. DeBooy, H.B. Nickerson and J.H. Romdeune, Trustees;
W.F. Chadbourne, Village Recorder.
Meeting called to order by President.
The following bills were presented and on motion allowed:
William Iliff, Road Master; bill for labor done to April 30, 1904; $105.00
W.E.L. Crozier; gasoline; $8.25
North Star Lumber Co.; $4.56
F.O. Sverkerson; lighting lamps \[for\] April; $15.00
Walter S. Booth & Son; vill. \[illegible\]; $1.00
The Recorder was authorized to order a car. (?) of sandstone.
