VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
March 31, 1904
Village Council met at Romdeune’s Drug Store March 31, 1904.
Present: A.H. Nickerson, Pres.; J. DeBooy, H.B. Nickerson and J.H. Romdeune, Trustees;
W.F. Chadbourne, Village Recorder.
The following bills were presented and on motion allowed and orders drawn for their respective
amounts:
F.O. Sverkerson, lighting st. lamps for March, $15.00
Geo. Goodin, testing fire engine, $1.50
W.H. Thorp, meals for poor women, $.50
Justus DeBooy, R.R. ticket, $2.01
A.H. Nickerson and Justus DeBooy were appointed a committee to look after road work.
