VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
November 21, 1904
The Common Council met at Romdeune’s Drug Store November 21, 1904.
Present: A.H. Nickerson, Pres.; J. DeBooy, H.B. Nickerson and J.H. Romdeune, Trustees;
W.F. Chadbourne, Village Recorder.
The Council voted to raise a tax of eight hundred (800.00) dollars for current expenses for coming
year. Recorder was instructed to notify co. auditor of same.
The bill of Frank T. White for premium for insurance on fire engine, amt. $43.75, was presented and
on motion allowed.
No other business, adjourned.
