VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
November 4, 1904
The Common Council met at Romdeune’s Drug Store November 4, 1904.
Present: A.H. Nickerson, Pres.; J. DeBooy and J.H. Romdeune, Trustees; W.F. Chadbourne,
Village Recorder.
The following bills were presented and allowed:
Standard Oil Co., gasoline, $7.69
William Iliff, street work, $47.50
Emmet Springer, \[illegible\] and freight, $.81
W.B. Eaton, lighting lamps \[for\] Oct., $15.00
The Recorder was instructed by Council to notify M.C. Blanchett that he must immediately remove
his hogs from street back of barn. Also that he remove slot machine from his place of business and
cease to use the same.
Nothing further, adjourned.
