11-04-1904 VCM VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING November 4, 1904 The Common Council met at Romdeune’s Drug Store November 4, 1904. Present: A.H. Nickerson, Pres.; J. DeBooy and J.H. Romdeune, Trustees; W.F. Chadbourne, Village Recorder. The following bills were presented and allowed: Standard Oil Co., gasoline, $7.69 William Iliff, street work, $47.50 Emmet Springer, \[illegible\] and freight, $.81 W.B. Eaton, lighting lamps \[for\] Oct., $15.00 The Recorder was instructed by Council to notify M.C. Blanchett that he must immediately remove his hogs from street back of barn.
