VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
January 16, 1905
At a meeting of the Common Council of the Village of Elk River, the following-named members
were present:
Present: A.H. Nickerson, Pres.; Justus de Booy and H.B. Nickerson, Trustees; H.C. Hastings,
Village Recorder.
Mr. W.B. Eaton came before the Council and asked for an increase of pay for the present winter for
his services for the care and lighting of the street lamps.
On motion of Justus de Booy, Trustee, and recorded by H.B. Nickerson, Trustee, it was voted that
Mr. Eaton be allowed the sum of $17.50 per month for the months of January, February and
March 1905.
On motion of H.B. Nickerson, it was voted to adjourn subject to call of President.
