VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
April 13, 1905
At a special meeting of the Village Council held at the office of F.D. Waterman, the following were
present:
Present: A.H. Nickerson, Pres.; Justus deBooy and H.B. Nickerson, Trustees; H.C. Hastings,
Village Recorder.
The purchase of one road grader from the Austin Weston Co., Ltd., was closed up by giving the said
company three Village orders of $75 each payable in one, two and three years from date with
interest-at-6%.
Bills were presented and allowed as follows:
Justus deBooy, \[no detail given\], $30.40
F.J. Slattery, frt. charges, $3.77
